Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Skaylon Technology ("Skaylon", "we") collects through skaylon.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible.

Data you give us
When you send an enquiry through the contact form or the project enquiry pop-up, we receive your name and email address, and any optional details you choose to add: company, phone number, the type of project, budget range, timeline and your message.
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage the engagement. Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by email; we do not store them in a database on this website.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share through that channel. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
Data collected automatically
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without cookies and without tracking you across websites.
We also record a small number of anonymous events, such as "contact form submitted", together with the page path and the country your request came from. These events contain no name, email address, IP address or other identifier.
To protect our forms from spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates signals from your browser to tell people from automated bots. Like any web server, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver pages and defend against abuse.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains the few strictly necessary items that may be stored in your browser, such as a note that you have already closed the enquiry pop-up.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics and bot protection), Resend (delivering enquiry emails) and Sanity (content management; it does not receive visitor data). They process data on our behalf and may do so outside India.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our reasonable business records, typically no longer than 24 months unless a working relationship follows.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
